Use \cmd{\skbem} to produce \skbem[bold]{bold},
\skbem[italic]{italic} or \skbem[code]{type writer} text.

The example above shows the macro \skbem[code]{skbem} with
the option \skbem[italic]{bold} and \skbem[bold]{italic}.
